How to prepare for a baby...

So...How do the Jackson's prepare for the impending arrival of a new baby??? By replacing the kitchen and bathroom counters of course. One of Kc's clients, Prestige Surface Works, offered us a great deal to install granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. They promised all the work would be finished before Noah was born. How could we pass that up?

Kc has begun the joyous process of tearing out the old tile. You would think that the original kitchen tile from 1984 would come out easily, but alas, no.

Noticed how Sierra has decided now is the perfect time to play fetch. She dropped her ball at Kc's feet and is begging to go outside and play. Poor girl is going to have to wait.

He's got hair!

We had another ultrasound yesterday. Noah is currently 5 pounds 3 ounces and is looking good. When the technician first tried to get a picture of Noah, his arm was in the way.
She poked my belly in order to get Noah to move his arm. The next picture is his grumpy face. He did not want to be woken up and forced to move. At last we got a cute picture of him. Look at those cheeks! Just like his Daddy's. We were also able to see quite a bit of hair on his head. Kc promised me that it is curly, just like his!Noah's bladder continues to have an unusual shape, but is functioning properly. Only about six more weeks to go! We cannot wait to meet our son!

Disneyland

This past weekend, Kc and I visited Mickey and Friends one last time before Noah is born. We celebrated our second anniversary a bit early and enjoyed the Christmas splendor that only Disney can do.
