Noah loved the pond area. He found several fish and enjoyed looking at all the rocks.
The bridge was the perfect spot to find fish.
There was also a HUGE section of a tree that was over 1000 years old.
They estimate the tree was planted in 932 A.D. WOW!!!
There was also a fun Dino Dig area.
Noah grabbed a shovel and started digging!
Look at the GINORMOUS bone I found!
In case you were doubting the authenticity of the dinosaur bone, there were "real live" iron dinosaurs nearby.
It was such a fun field trip...we can't wait for next week!
I can't believe how old that tree is...that is seriously amazing!! Wow! That looks like such a neat place...and that bone Noah is holding looks quite real from over here!! How neat! What a fun place..
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun place! I remember going there myself back in the day, but I assume it's a little nicer now and a little more fun for boys! Maybe on our next visit we can make our own field trip ;)
